When you spend most of your waking hours at work, you want your efforts to mean more than your day’s accomplishments. You want your work to be meaningful and long lasting, so that it positively impacts your colleagues and community long after you retire. Developing a great leadership style that empowers others is the single best way to create a legacy that you are proud of.
This full-day workshop explores the foundations of leadership and how to create a powerful legacy. We will talk about areas that are core to great leadership: understanding fear, improving emotional intelligence, turbocharging your time in a world of distractions, and communicating more effectively.
